I have a cat, named Ichabad. Ichabad is a beautiful tortoiseshell, four years old. Four years old, in cat years, is a full grown adult.

Tonight, Ichabad was chasing her tail, walking around on her hind legs, dashing around the house and full on attacking the metal legs of our single kitchen table chair. Reminds me that I need to play.

Only a taste of the weekend

and then accepted a meal, paid for by Goldman Sachs.

Meditative Practice
